I personally find Mens Health magazine a bit of a joke when it comes to workouts and fitness tips. Every single month they publish a workout which is supposedly followed by celebrity's which claim that you will get huge through a series of 3 sets of 12 press ups supersetted with tricep dips.
Mens Health need to start including more articles on the for example rugby players, where the vast majority of the workouts will be power based, and strength based. This would add a lot more variety within the magazine and would attract a lot more people.
A website that I have found very useful is Bodybuilding.com. This website has literally everything you need to now about weight training, nutrition and fitness.
